How to reschedule a seva?

In the User profile in pooja booking on right side of your booking details their is a option reschedule. click reschedule you can change for your timings(or)date.

What is the cancellation policy of ipoojari?

What happens if a Pandit did not come on the day of the seva?

Ipoojari makes every effort to ensure that a Pandit sticks to the schedules agreed by them. If by chance, the pandit who agreed is not able to reach the specific address, ipoojari will make efforts to offer a replacement as soon as possible.

What is the payment process?

After filling the Seva Form, you will be redirected to the webpage of our payment partners. You can make the payment in your convenient mode.

OTP-verification code is send to your mobile,Enter the OTP in the pandit verification,click submit.

Then pandit profile page will appear fill the details,click update button after fillup the details.

The agreement for both pandit and admin reference will appear,Read the agreement once and click on checkbox of terms&condition.

Click on submit button.

Pandit Dashboard and Digital Diary will be seen.

Pandit can use for ipoojari's functionality.

As a pandit, how can I list all the services offered by me?

While registering the pandit profile page their is the option of "Seva type",by clicking the option you choose the seva performed by the pandit.

After registration Pandit can change/add the seva in edit profile

Who is a partner?

A partner is an individual or organization that can help in introducing and registering new pandits/ vaideeka centres/ temples to the ipoojari platform.

What is the role of a partner?

To introduce and register new pandits/ vaideeka centres/ temples

What are the benefits of becoming a partner?

Every partner earns a commission for every seva performed by the pandits/ vaideeka centres/ temples introduced by him/ her/ organization.

What is the commission model for a partner?

The commission package rates change at regular time intervals. Please call/write for the current commission model.

What is the registration process for a new partner?
